Guardian

Protection made visible

Guardian is engineered to protect your machine while Apps run on your Machine — live gauges, a red line for caps, and profiles you control.

It is designed never to crash your host: capability language backed by release chaos evidence, not marketing absolute-warranty copy.

What Guardian is engineered to do

  • Host memory floor holds under sustained chaos load so your Machine keeps a usable reserve.

  • The machine stays interactive under chaos load — foreground work remains usable while Apps share capacity.

  • Every governor intervention is truthfully recorded on the timeline so you can see why a rung fired.

  • Disk floor interventions protect host storage when install or workload pressure climbs.

FAQ

What is Guardian?
Guardian is the resource governor in FNTM PWR. It is engineered to protect your machine while Apps run, with live gauges, profiles, and an intervention timeline.
What does Guardian claim — and what does it not?
Public copy uses safe capability language only: Guardian is engineered to protect your machine and designed never to crash your host. Those phrases describe engineering intent backed by chaos-suite evidence — not an absolute warranty of host outcomes.
What profiles can I choose?
Invisible, Balanced, and Dedicated. Balanced is the default for first-run. Profiles change how aggressively Guardian intervenes; emergency host floors stay enforced.
Where do I get help if something goes wrong?
Use in-app status notes and the Discord community. There is no public status page for PWR incidents.
